Business Consulting SAP CRM

• Requirements analysis and description of customer requirements in the area of SAP
  CRM
• Coordination and independent processing of error tickets
• Identification of potential requirements through system analysis
• Regular review of transaction SMW01, BDOC processing
• Creation of user stories and coordination with the solution designers
• Test of the implemented user stories with regard to the requirements
• Customer briefing on the new solution
• Advising the customer on CRM contracts
• Supporting the department with problems in day-to-day business; Support mailbox
  Processing
• Ongoing processing of replication errors
• Independent technical analysis of replication errors in the transaction

The applicant has at least 1 employee with:

• At least 1 year of experience in the energy industry SAP CRM 7.x as a Business Consultant
• At least 3 years of experience SAP CRM/IS-U Middleware in the energy industry SAP CRM 7.x or SAP IS-U ECC 6.0
• Proof (copies to be attached) of training in SAP by means of:
  • - Course confirmations or
  • - Certificates
• Experience in using Confluence / Jira
• At least two projects (at least 50 PT per project) in the last 36 months
